At Orion Car Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
